These groups are for women standing at a threshold; no longer who they were, not yet fully who they're becoming, and craving a circle that can hold all of that with them.
You might be navigating a shift in motherhood, a relationship that's changing shape, a career that no longer fits, a version of yourself you're quietly outgrowing. Whatever the shape of your transition, if part of you is both nervous and drawn to the idea of being truly seen — you belong here.
Intentionally intimate. We hold each cohort to 12 women, small enough that every voice matters, large enough to hold the beautiful complexity of many stories.
If you are interested in future groups, be sure to join our waitlist HERE!
Our women's gatherings meet virtually and have a consistent structure utilizing Spiral Method facilitation. Spiral Method techniques invites you to bring the fullness of your life to each session and provides space for you to witness the same humanity in each participant. During the two hour session you will share and listen, be held and honored, witness and deepen all in a safe and confidential container of women embarking on transformation together.
No, and that's intentional.
This is a closed, confidential group. Everything shared by participants is held in strict confidence and must not be shared outside the group. This applies to all participants, including facilitators, unless the facilitator has reason to believe a participant is in imminent danger to themselves or others.
Each group is $222 per month with a commitment of 6 months. You can pay in full for a 10% discount or you can schedule monthly payments.
Your first step is a Commitment Conversation — a one-time $88 personalized coaching container grounded in your intake form. This conversation is designed to help you arrive at clarity about which group is the right fit.
Groups open in June 2026 — and spots are filling now.

There's no perfect moment to begin. There's just this one.
Psilocybin is a naturally occurring psychedelic compound found in certain species of mushrooms, often called "magic mushrooms."
Indigenous and ceremonial traditions around the world have honored these mushrooms for centuries. Modern science is now catching up with a growing body of research exploring psilocybin's potential for healing depression, trauma, anxiety, and more.
When you consume it, your body converts psilocybin into psilocin, which binds to serotonin receptors in the brain — particularly in areas involved in mood, perception, and cognition. This is what causes its effects.
Microdosing psilocybin means taking very small, sub-perceptual doses, amounts small enough that you don't experience hallucinations or full psychedelic ‘trips,’ but still has subtle effects on your mind and mood as well as increasing your brain’s neuroplasticity.
A typical microdose is between 0.05–0.3 grams. A recreational dose might be between 3 - 5+ grams.
Many women report that microdosing opens a door to more creativity, more emotional access, more ease in their bodies and relationships.
You’re in the right place! It can be overwhelming, unknown and even a bit scary to consider starting to work with this potent earth medicine because of all the preconceived, often inaccurate notions about magic mushrooms.
Both Emily and Chelsea know the feeling and created this space because they have spent a lot of time researching, asking questions and learning about microdosing psilocybin.
You can check this HERE. We encourage you to know the law in your specific city/state and then decide if it’s something you are curious to explore more about legally, morally and ethically.
We ask that each participant approach this thoughtfully — legally, morally, and in alignment with your own values. We are not here to guide that decision for you. We trust you to know what's right for you.
Yes. Because microdosing psilocybin can surface deep emotional material, integration support is essential. As a condition of participation in this program:
You must be actively working with a licensed therapist, psychotherapist, counselor, or qualified healing practitioner.
We are NOT medical professionals, nor do we provide any guidance as to what is right for you. We suggest you talk to your medical team if you are on any medication or supplements before starting to microdose psilocybin.
We look forward to connecting with you soon! Emily & Chelsea
